Another significant example of learning is found in the 3 early daybook entries where we wrote about our view of writing and what literacy means to us. This entry allowed me to find my strengths and weaknesses as a writer; the strengths being able to write well without any restrictions or time constraints and vice versa. I think this is one of the most important things to know in class, this way you can understand your limitations and comforts as a writer and adapt accordingly. Yes, I do believe that in order to be a good writer you must leave your comfort zone and explore various genres of writing; however, you must first accept where you are in your writing and where you stand.
